We sell homemade and small-batch food products including holistic cookies, crackers, podis, ladoos, flours, cereals and nut butters. Product availability, pricing, pack sizes and descriptions may change from time to time.
Orders are accepted subject to product availability and successful payment confirmation. Since our products are made in small batches, dispatch timelines may vary based on order volume and product type.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Payments may be processed through Shopify supported payment methods and/or third-party payment partners such as Razorpay. We do not store your complete card, UPI or banking details on our website.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders to serviceable locations in India using available courier and logistics partners, including Shiprocket where applicable. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather, address issues or other factors outside our control.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Because our products are food items and many are made fresh on order, cancellations are accepted only before the order is prepared or dispatched. Returns are generally not accepted for opened, used, damaged after delivery, or perishable food products. If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order details and photos. Eligible refunds or replacements will be handled after verification.
